Well, I think we need a thread, on a board called the Hearth that will help us get to know one another, what are your beliefs, and/or your paths?

I am on an Irish Celtic path for 18 years now (gods I feel old saying that), and am a "worshiper" (for want of a more accurate term) of the Tuatha de Danann. I am a Reconstructionist of Celtic ways, and an Irish traditionalist. :)

Howdie,

I am a NROOGD witch and have been an elder/red cord for nearly 17 years now, and in the Craft for about 4 years before that. NROOGD centers around the Wheel of the Year, and has Greek and Celtic influences in its practices. However, our covens are independent of each other and nobody can tell others what to do.
For the past 4 or so years I have been the HPs to a coven and it has been fun. There is soo much learning to do and this has brought me up front and personal with group dynamic issues.

I am an eclectic. Primarily totemist with strong native american and mild celtic, norse and druidic influences.

I am me! The Great Creator Goddess! lol

Seriously, those of you who know me, know that I refuse to define myself, or to put myself into a specific box. Though, I certainly don't see myself as an eclectic, because I'm not following bits and pieces of different paths.

I am me, mostly influenced by Celtic Spirituality, and, I have great interest in Shintoism, Heathenism, Animal Magic, and the Green Witchcraft, though, again, those are interests.

Well, welcome again and again - and howdy back at ya! It is great to meat you! I look forward to the diverse discussions on Witchcraft. I can certainly see the Greek influences in the traditions and practices of modern Witchcraft, in the classical element systems for example, and Celtic influence in the wheel of the year, as well as Germanic holidays as well. I think to some extent this has helped to bridge some of the gaps between cultures.

Good to have you here Wolfe! I hope to bring some Norse information, especially runes, gods, and poetry over in a new group. I'm hoping someone will start such a group, since Norse folk tradition isn't really my strong suit.

Hello :)

I'm a Kemetic Reconstructionist, and have been for about a year and a half now. I've also been a member of the Kemetic Orthodox Faith for about six months, with my full initiation vows (to put it in easy terms) taken about two months ago. I'm dedicated to the gods Yinepu (Anubis), Bast, and Djehuty (Thoth).

Anyway, that's the condensed version. Feel free to ask for the full deal :)

Well, many welcomes! I can't say that I know a whole lot about the Kemetic path, so, anything that you'd like to share here would be really cool!

I have been a Gaelic Polytheist for about 2 years now....wait....almost 3 years, actually, I will be 17 in July. Before that I had studied witchcraft (because of my mother) and contemporary Druidism...since I was 6...again, because of me mother...

My faith is based on a mix of traditionalist and reconstructionist knowledge of ancient Irish spiritual practices as well as Irish Celtic cultural values and practices. Yup....
