Comment by Jennifer on August 11, 2008 at 11:16pm - "Betcha wondering why I joined" Well, I am gonna say that most of the best influences I have had in my life have come from my Grandfather and Father beings how my Mother was never present. I feel men have always had a great deal to do with our past and our heritage... Men were the Hunters the protectors...while the woman nourished and bare children. even though men did not get all the credit they deserved in some paths of the old ways, I feel they had the most important roles of all. That's why I am here to help share knowledge from those who taught me as well as to celebrate the ancient roles men played in our lives. A lot of people focus many on the Goddess, well I see them to be equal, myself. I thank you for making such a wonderful group! And I look forward to experiencing the knowledge as well as sharing what I can!
