I am a witch who has been practicing solitarily for more than 8 years. I live in a relatively small farming community and do not have many others with whom I feel I can relate spiritually, therefore I've had to study solo mostly. I believe in the deep impact faith can have on people and have the highest respect for those with it. I do not judge because it certainly isn't my place. If you believe in something and it uplifts you, what can be wrong?
I am a kitchen Witch through and through, I make soaps, lotions, shampoos, facial cleansers, scrubs, peels, skin toners, toothpastes. I brew my own teas (I also drink bottled teas and I use the tea packets too but brewing my own is my fave), candles, incense, potpouri etc. I always have to have my hands doing SOMETHING lol!

Daughter of the Moon

A little more than a year ago I took a big step in changing my legal name from Ashley to Felia de Luna, the magickal name I'd taken on at age 15. I'm aspiring to be a HP and writer soon and wanted to incorporate the name fulltime. Some people asked why I had changed it, was I trying to change myself? I love who I am, every little bit, and if it weren't for the role magick has played in my life, I don't know where I would be. Since, I can't divulge how I took on the name (ritually speaking of course) I can divulge it's meaning. "Felia" is Latin for 'daughter' while "de Luna" can be translated as 'of the Moon'. Daughter of the moon.
