As I am learning with this book, true alchemy is not a subject for casual reading. It's a serious and pretty complicated discipline that blends chemistry with esoteric spirituality.
This book provides a very nice introduction to the topic, though I found many sections were too detailed for casual reading. It reminded me of reading a chemistry textbook.
Pagan Daily Devotionals
If you are not already familiar with this from my earlier website, the Pagan Daily Devotionals are a thought for the day. It's not supposed to be instructional necessarily, but something just for fun. Some days are jokes, puzzles, quotes, various spiritual thoughts and things you might be interested to know. Sometimes it's just an idea, and sometimes I suggest a way to use that idea during your day. It's really a mix of lots of Pagan stuff.

- My practice is ecclectic Wiccan. My pantheon is Celtic, but I do draw from, and circle with those on other pagan paths. I have great respect especially for the various Native American paths, and have attended pow wow, drum circle, and sweat lodge. "Same church, different pew", as my friend Bear said. I follow the rede and harm none, but expand it in my practice to say that one should also help when one can. Blessed be!

- My favorite is any pagan friendly fiction.
Like:
Laurel K Hamilton, Nora Roberts, Diana Gabaldon, Charles DeLint,
and many others. My favorite book is probably Mysts of Avalon
I love poetry, and Sharon Olds is my favorite.

Wide to narrow
Crowned by spikes of ruby and citrine
Dressed in emerald finery
Now you swim in a carved cup
Cool and tasty

Aye, I'm in possession of several of her books but haven't yet a chance to read them. Ye' ken my tastes for time travlin' highlanders. 'Tis something to experience that kind of chivalry. 'Twould be the way of it for me. Husband is the quentessential "Highland Laird". My sire was born of Detroit, Michigan, but his clan came from Canada. His grandsire, a McGregor, was born in Scotland and is grandmeire, a Pollock, was born in Ireland. You've got the right of it, as your site 'tis finely put together.
