Magikat's Corner

This weekend is the big one for me. It's the New York sheep and Wool Festival, and I am SOOOO excited! I have no plans, no ideas of what I want to purchase, but I really am looking forward to seeing what others have made, what is new and unique in the wool world, and what I might be able to make myself! It's sort of like planning for the chocolate festival when you're a compulsive overeater (this I know from experience!). I am so tickled that it's hard for me to focus on anything!! Weeehaw!!

I've been getting visits from a couple of Haitian lwa in the past weeks. Dantor and the Ghede are very noisy when they choose to be! I need to get some research under my belt so that I know what's going on with these guys. I'd hate to do anything that might upset a particularly vociferous apple cart!
